These are Gamblewood Community Club documents that may be of use to you, your realtor or title company. An effort will be made by the managing Board member to keep the most up-to-date version available here (a complete collection may take a little time to assemble). In some cases the original document will predate the age of word processors and only exist in typed and copied form, in that case we will try to make both an original copy available as a PDF and also a retyped version for easier reading.

For realtors and others involved in property transactions (and memebers who may need reminding), GCC annual dues are a state-low $50. This money is primarily used for upkeep and improvements to our common property (waterfront and play parks). Dues notices are usually mailed in May.

Please note that in the case of the GCC covenants, there are several versions out there from 1967-1968 that are identical in content, the only difference being the dates and plat number as Gamblewood was brought into existence in groups of lots at a time: The one provided here is for Division #2 but is materially the same as the other divisions.
